Shipping Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from KRTEL LTD through krtel.co.uk.

Order processing and production

KRTEL products are produced and prepared after an order is placed. Production and fulfilment usually take 2 to 5 business days before dispatch.

Estimated delivery time is calculated as production time plus shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Estimated shipping times after dispatch

United Kingdom: usually 3 to 7 business days.

Europe: usually 5 to 20 business days.

United States and Canada: usually 5 to 20 business days.

Rest of world: usually 5 to 20 business days, but remote destinations or disrupted routes can take longer.

Where express shipping is offered at checkout, delivery after dispatch is usually 1 to 3 business days, subject to destination, product availability, and carrier service.

Split shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when products require different packaging, are produced at different fulfilment locations, or are shipped by different carriers.

Customs, duties, and import charges

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other local charges may apply. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless they are clearly included at checkout.

Delays

Shipping delays can happen because of production issues, stock availability, incorrect or incomplete addresses, customs processing, failed delivery attempts, carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, or other events outside our control.

If your order is past the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days and then contact support@krtel.co.uk with your order number.

Incorrect addresses and unclaimed packages

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing an order. If an address is incorrect, incomplete, refused, or unclaimed, the package may be returned or lost. Contact support@krtel.co.uk as soon as possible if you notice an address issue.

Shipping restrictions

We may be unable to ship to certain destinations because of legal restrictions, carrier limitations, or service disruptions. If we cannot fulfil an order to your location, we will contact you and, where necessary, cancel and refund the order.
